If you do not think it is possible to refinance your “upside down” home I was certain it was not. Lynda said, “Let me try!” I did, she did, and I am glad. My mortgage payments went down $520 a month!!! The money I brought to closing was almost exactly equal to my property taxes I had to pay anyway, and the mortgage payment I got to skip because of refinancing. Lynda is quick, professional, and knows how to “get er dun!” Thanks Lynda!!
