We live in a great community and we know communities like ours are not built without the hard work of so many incredible organizations. At 1st Residential, it is our pleasure to support those who make this community great.

That is why we work with organizations like One Heart for Women and Children and Toys for Tots. It is also why we filled the pantry at Walker Elementary School, supported Oviedo Police Department’s fundraising, and contributed to teams and programs at Oviedo High School.

Without the focused efforts of Guardian ad Litem and Hope Helps, the Oviedo family would not be complete. So, we are honored when they allow us to join them in their efforts. We are thankful for the local police department and enjoyed helping them secure a new K-9 for the force.
