We moved to Florida because the housing prices were so favorable (and the weather is great!). We were referred to 1st Residential since this was our first home purchase and we heard good things about Lynda Danna. She hooked us up with an FHA loan and we were able to buy the house we liked most. 1st Residential was friendly, understanding, efficient, and we felt they were on our side the whole way. As first time buyers, we had lots of questions. Lynda and her staff were easy to get hold of (we would receive text messages any time of day or evening!) as well as always being able to talk to Lynda during work hours, and we spoke often. Everything went smoothly, and we are now contented Florida residents. Our thanks to 1st Residential and Lynda for making our first home purchase possible..
